  Liked: Excellence location close to shopping the lake and dining. Breakfast attendant was a very nice attentive young lady.

  Disliked: Bathroom was not cleaned the 1 day I requested maid service.

  Glad it was only one night

  Liked: It was there.

  Disliked: Bad booking in progress, list didn’t work, parking was €15 a night per car, breakfast was very basic.

  overall pleasant stay

  Liked: Hotel has a restaurant, very good food and staff. We walked around Lake St. Moritz, The scenery is beautiful. Hotel has a shuttle service to the train station.

  Disliked: Technology is not one of my strength, the check in had to be done via a tablet, had to do your own hotel keys. For the young tourists the technology is great, but also have to think about the population that is not UpToDate on all the technology. Thank God I travelled with my son so he did the check in and obtained the keys. Besides the new check in technology, our stay was pleasant. There was not a live person in the front desk.

  Disliked: We had to ask in advance for extra pillows and a kettle. They weren’t provided so we had to walk up to main hotel to ask again.

  Room was small and pleasant with a beautiful mountain view. Access to the spa was a bonus!

Our Hotel Corvatsch is the annex of our hotels and part of the Laudinella hotel group.

Our front desk is not occupied. Check-in (and check-out) can be done online or via the self check-in desk at the hotel.

For assistance, you can call one of the numbers displayed on the front desk screen, our reception team at the partner hotel Reine Victoria (2 min walking distance) will by happy to assist you.

In case of late arrival we thank you for informing us beforehand.

Our hotel is operated cashless (also no money exchange).

All major credit and debit cards and Twint are accepted for payment.

A deposit may be required at the property.
