Fabulous
Good central location in the town
Liked: Good central town location, a 5 min walk to the top of the town escalator. Rooms with a lake view have a very good view of the lake. Staff on front desk were incredibly helpful on what to do, how to do it etc… with our free lift passes. Good breakfasts but, bizarrely, an extra charge for cooked eggs.
Disliked: Faded grandeur but more faded than grandeur. Bar location disappointing - basically in a corridor.
Excellent hotel
Liked: The location of the hotel was very good close to the old city and the bus stops. the view from the top balcony was amazing and well worth while the visit.
Disliked: The first person who checked us in did not sort out our local pass at all. I had to go back three times.

Good location, and fantastic view of the lake
Liked: Convenient location. Our room with a balcony has a nice view of the lake.
Disliked: It’s not easy to climb in and out of the bathtub to shower.

Liked: Amazing views from our balcony. The hotel and hotel staff were exceptional.
Disliked: The breakfast staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Particularly a younger woman who was borderline nasty.
