Nice "hotel" room/suite with very good extras
Liked: Great location within Hotel Europa, parking available in front of the hotel in case there are free spaces. Bike and ski room available too. Pool, gym and sauna were great. Hotel staff was very helpful.
Disliked: As mentioned before, some kettle for tea or coffee would be nice.

Liked: Very nice hotel, convenient location, friendly helpful staff, beautiful area. Nice to have a balcony on the room. Very big room. Lovely to have access to the pool facilities!
Disliked: Parking was a bit difficult and as the third member in the room I had a sofa bed, which wasn't made up so we had to ask for this to be done (but staff were very efficient) and it wasn't particularly comfortable as sofa beds go. Shower was a bit awkward as it wouldn't easily switch into shower mode and it wouldn't stay up so you had to hold it. The bath was slow to drain
