  Warm and welcoming home

Liked: Josephine and David were very welcoming so my stay felt super warm & homely 🥰 The location is perfect for sightseeing around the city, easy walk to buses/ the beach/ riverside. The room is spacious and good temperature for sleep, reading/working on couch or table. I like the amenities as well - laundry and able to cook at home is a plus.

  Excellent value for money

Liked: Location was great, it was quiet and the owner was very nice and helpful.

Disliked: Shared kitchen is a little weird but that’s just my stupidity for not reading the description properly.

  NOT A SERVICED APARTMENT

Disliked: It is NOT A SERVICED APARTMENT. It is a rooming house. I was rented one underground room, with common spaces shared with other guests. I did not feel safe. Kitchen equipment was broken and no supplies were provided. I scheduled my arrival at 1800, and still the owner did not meet me on time. Although it was only 10 degrees outside, no heat was available.
