Have stayed many times but this time was disappointing due to used sex toy being left in the room

  Liked: Modern rooms

Disliked: Room hadn’t been cleaned properly as there was a used sex toy in the bedside draw.

Good stay for the price point & dog friendly!🐾

Liked: Big room! Good value for money. Great location for us (visiting relatives in Stoneywood). Comfortable beds, clean bed linen and bathroom. Easy to come and go at all times of day and night, staff always available and helpful. Kettle provided. Very nice that our dog could stay with us - as he’s obviously a part of the family!

Disliked: The cleanliness of the room wasn’t amazing (empty crisp packet under bed). There was a storm while we stayed, and there was a leak in the room. Window didn’t seem very clean, but was easy to open. I think the hotel was just in need of some modernisation, but for the price point we were happy with our stay.
