  breakfast let the whole thing down

  Liked: Hotel was generally Good.

  Disliked: The Breakfast was awful coffee was terrible and the scrambled eggs was like rubber, could not eat it it was that bad!!!

  Liked: The food is good in the restaurant. I had duck and was yummy and breakfast was good. The staffs are friendly

  Disliked: We were in Room 4 and the hot water in the shower took more than 5 minutes to heat up. There were no towel railing and no hooks in the bathroom. And hardly any shelves for clothes in the cupboard. We stayed 2 nights so it is a point to note if you stay longer. Whoever is the designer of the rooms must be a non traveller.

  We had a excellent stay and can’t wait to return

  Liked: We loved the room spotless looked like it had been Newley refurbished staff were very nice Adam is a credit to the hotel very friendly and professional. Breakfast was amazing catered for me very well as I am gluten intolerant every thing was cooked fresh and very tasty

  Disliked: Bar area could have been a bit warmer but weather was exceptionally bad the time we stayed

  Liked: This place was marvelous! My only regret is only booking one day here. The exterior looks like an adorable older home, while the rooms have been upgraded and are modern. The people who work here were marvelous, the food was amazing.. everything was perfect.

  Perfect stopover

  Liked: It felt cosy yet opulent. Decor was tasteful. All staff were excellent. Parking was easy.

  Disliked: No bath mat. I’m sure they’d have got me one if I’d have asked…
