  Liked: Situated in the city center, everything is near

  Disliked: It needs serious cleaning, appliances were dirty with breadcrumbs from months before, dust on every surface. Also the owner needs to be more specific about the house and how everything works.

  Disliked: The lift was in a not-so-good condition. The main door and exit mechanism were faulty throughout.

  Could be 5* but Cleanliness lets it down

  Liked: First time using rented accommodation when visiting my hometown. This could be a 5* flat in a great location for exploring Aberdeen and surrounding area of Royal Deeside. The amenities were fantastic. Everything you need and more is available in the flat. Stocked cupboard of essentials although possible checks would ensure no BBD from 2018 are thrown away.

  Disliked: Cleanliness needs to be improved. All the glass tables needed cleaning as did the induction hob. Magazines from 2023 under the coffee table didn’t impress. Bedding had stains which I put in the washing machine. Thankfully there was a change of bedding in the cupboard. I am always ‘wary’ of dark bedding in rental properties. Also a suggestion would be to add a topper to the mattress and purchase new bedding. Leftover fruit which was past its best would be better of thrown out.

  Great flat!

  Liked: Good communication with the host. Location was perfect and the flat was great. The flat was well equipped and spacious. We had a great time thank you for everything!

  Disliked: Location was perfect but the building wasn't well maintained. But it didn't affect the quality of the flat.

  Liked: What we enjoyed was the location and the home like feel to the apartment.

  Disliked: A few things we didn't like The bed is quite uncomfortable being very hard, could do with a memory foam topper to make this a lot better. - The location itself as noted was great, however it felt like quite a rough area. - What definitely needs to be fixed is the seal on the bedroom window, you could hear everything from the outside (bars, bad weather etc)
