Overall despite some issues, I would stay again at the Aberdeen TECA Hilton

Liked: The Spa and Pool are exceptional. Among the best I have seen over the years. Staff are friendly and very helpful. For our purposes it is conventiently located which means near the airport. I would definitely consider staying again when we come to Aberdeen.

Disliked: Food options are limited and the overall quality of food is below standard. Similarly, room service options are limited, overpriced, and poor quality. Being charged £15 for a robe to go the Spa is objectionable. In most hotels of this standard robes are included as part of the room. Also the car parking charges are excessive, altough I understand we are parking in the TECA car park on what I assume is a day rate. What is needed is decent restaurant and proper bar. Also I was surprised to find it did not have a Business Centre.

  Won't be back

Liked: Understaffed to the point of ridiculous. Food standard poor at dinner. Staff nice and did best, except one barmaid and had to wait 15 mins to check in as only one receptionist. Pillows non existent soft and no support, with uneven mattress gave me sore neck. Looked nice, wasn't.

  Disliked: Breakfast.
