It could be a nice place, it needs a revamp. Wouldn’t stay again

  Liked: Nice grounds, nice building.

Disliked: It’s dusty place, need to steam clean, replace carpets, furniture poor, worn, wobbly. Breakfast was average, fresher fruit required, You had to pay extra for some items for breakfast? Eating at restaurant was more expensive than eating in the bar?

Nice but dated and needs some staff management

  Liked: Location. Large room.

Disliked: It’s like a maze with lifts up to one level which takes you to another lift to go back down?? Breakfast staff were absolutely clueless. No organisation and under managed. It was a relief to leave in the morning!!
