  Liked: Plenty of space with decent sized kitchen.area is nice and quiet apart from the seagull's.has a large park 2 minutes walk away and is only 10/15 walk into town centre and main shopping areas

  We would definitely stay again

  Liked: Very spacious and clean. Excellent for larger groups or families. Good location with good bus service. Fantastic communication.

  Good stay if maintenance issues resolved

  Liked: The location was good for us. The receptionist was quite responsive.

  Disliked: It was advertised as 4 bathrooms but in fact only two bathrooms and additional 2 WCs. Many maintenance issues need to be resolved. Will send list to host Too budget conscious, no toilet roll holder, no shelves in shower etc etc

  Liked: The location of the property was one of its strongest points. It was situated in a pleasant area with beautiful scenery, a nearby park, and padel facilities within easy reach. It was also conveniently located, with only a short drive to local activities and the beach, making it a great base for exploring the area.

  Disliked: However, there were several issues with both the layout and cleanliness of the apartment that impacted our stay. The layout was not particularly practical for a larger group. One of the bedrooms was located separately on the lower floor, which felt quite secluded from the rest of the accommodation and was not ideal for our group. The living area also lacked sufficient seating for the number of guests the property was advertised to accommodate, meaning not everyone could comfortably sit together in the communal space. The bathroom arrangements were also inconvenient. Although there were four toilets in total, including an en-suite toilet and bathroom, there was only one main bathing area containing a single shower and bath. For a property capable of accommodating multiple guests, this created delays and made getting ready unnecessarily difficult, particularly in the mornings and evenings. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment did not meet expectations. On arrival, the fridge was dirty, kitchenware and the dish rack contained debris and hair, and the extractor fan was heavily clogged with dust and grease. After reporting these issues, a cleaner attended the property, but this raised further concerns. The cleaner did not wash or sanitise his hands before starting work and used the same cloth to clean multiple areas, including the cooker, bin area, and inside the fridge. The cloth was then reused on the fridge again without being rinsed, disinfected, or replaced. This demonstrated poor hygiene practices and created a clear risk of cross-contamination in areas used for food storage. The cleaner also advised that the oven required a deep clean and that this was not covered by the standard cleaning service, suggesting that the property had not been maintained to an acceptable standard before guests arrived.

  Liked: The house was very spacious and the location was good for getting into city centre

  Disliked: The beds and sofas were not comfortable, the garden was overgrown with no furniture to sit outside. The toilet seats were all loose. Pat testing out of date. No dishwasher tablets left, the dish towel that was left was full of holes. The place was clean but definitely well used for what I paid i was a little disappointed in the standard.
