  Great view and location

  Liked: Location really central. Aberdeen is expensive and difficult for parking, but there was parking at location and short walk to centre and park. Lovely view over riverside. Apartment really spacious with all amenities provided

  Disliked: Apartment block a little difficult to find, but owners sent photos which was helpful. Train line at rear of Apartment and had to keep windows closed at back of Apartment at night

  Disgusting run down place avoid. We lost money and had to check into a hotel

  Liked: Free parking space.

  Disliked: Please read before booking. If This is a very run down outdated flat it requires a full refurbishment. It has not been deep cleaned for years. There was also no hand wash in the flat which is shocking a tiny soap bar that alone should tell you about the landlords hygiene standards. Our main concern is the beds in the property the mattresses have springs coming out one was so unbearable we decided to leave 2 nights earlier. The landlord refused to refund us even for 1 night even when we pointed out we are not leaving by choice but because we have no choice. Now we are also getting no response on them returning our deposit. Another concerning matter is she has the card stored and before we realised the issue with the mattress we extended for an extra night. We were charged by card she processed the payment before I had given her full permission to do so. I will be cancelling my card as this individual can not be trusted.

  Not a relaxing stay for a number of reasons - we won't return!

  Liked: Great location - handy for the shops. Lovely view of the river.

  Disliked: We had a nightmare getting into the apartment, as we were given details for the wrong flat! It took us about 30min and several calls to the letting firm to get the problem resolved. On the plus side, the apartment is well located for the shops and had a great river view. But the property was old and very tired. The cooker and the microwave did not work. We were unable to access the internet as the pass code given was continually rejected. There was also no free access to Netflix, which had been promised. We were also unable to use the main bathroom as the floor was continually damp. Is there a leak?

  Avoid properties leased by this company, AM and PM, 441 Union Street, Aberdeen as they do not have acceptable hygiene

  Liked: The location

  Disliked: It was filthy, in a state of disrepair and property owners repeatedly ignored emails/texts/phone calls. Gas boiler was faulty, hadn’t been checked, we had to move apartment for safety. Hairdryer overheated/cut out. PAT electrical safety testing 3 years out of date. Concerns/negative review raised in 2023 still stands, no improvement. £35 additional charge for pet cleaning fee is a joke when the apartment is filthy to start with. Company charges £200 deposit for damage which they delayed return if and I had to chase up with my request being ignored. Dust on surfaces every room, slack floorboards, towel rail hanging off, food debris on worktops, food wrappers left in bedroom drawers, faulty/dirty toilet handle, broken bath panel, flickering light, broken tiles, cracked mirror, stains on carpet, fridge/freezer dirty.
