  Fine for students but not the interesting indie spot I hoped for

  Liked: Lovely staff. Free hot drinks in the bar (excellent hot chocolate!). Good location. Bathroom was new and seemed clean (but bad ventilation making the room feel damp)

  Disliked: Definitely not as clean and fabulous as other reviews suggest. Charged £10 per night for a tiny dog which couldn’t even go on the ground in the room because the floor had grime and unidentifiable crumbs on it. Damp smell everywhere- overpowering in main corridor masked by way too many air freshener flavours in some places. Very worn out room. Heating worked sporadically. Fine for students, probably. I felt very uncomfortable and hardly slept. Was disappointed.
