A lot wrong and poor value for a supposed "Luxury" apartment

Liked: The location for us was suitable but it is not near the centre. It was generally reasonably clean excpet for the entrance to the building.

Disliked: The entrance to the building was filthy. The name Strudel house does not appear anywhere and is pretentious. Some of the furniture was damaged. Windows were filthy. The bed was uncomfortable. Radiator valves were damaged so it was not possible to control the heating properly. Some of the crockery and cutlery appeared to be missing. The service response while we were there was non-existent.

Modern flat, it can become better

Liked: - Modern flat - Spacious bathroom - new furniture

Disliked: - The entrance to the building is very dilapidated, it is difficult to find the correct apartment as there are no numbers on the doors - the bed is terrible, the mattress is very uncomfortable and small, my feet were sticking out and I'm 1.70m tall, I slept poorly every night - the curtain lets in a lot of light - A serious incident happened on the street of this flat, the police surrounded everything and it was in the newspapers, I don't think it's a safe area - Check out too early
