  Exceptional customer service

Liked: I rarely if ever write any reviews on Booking.com, and even when I write them I never give 10/10, but this property provides a truly exceptional customer service. I had a little concern about my stay, but it has been addressed promptly and in a very satisfactory manner. Other property owners should learn from these people how to treat their customers. Highly recommended.

  Good value for money

Liked: The location is good, less than 10 min to station and Union Square. Good value for money. Good kitchen facilities.

Disliked: The shower was not working properly. Separate sink tabs for hot and cold water so you can’t have a proper mix.
