  No Understanding from hotel

Liked: Booked for 3 nights originally, then decided to extend to 4, but in error made a new booking. Hotel wouldn’t refund one of my bookings - only ended up staying 2 nights (due to completing work early. Not a very good stance from the hotel - won’t be booking here again

Liked: The standard of customer service is exceptional. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is a very relaxing lounge area and the Caskieben bar offers an excellent food and drinks menu at reasonable prices. We were particularly impressed by the swimming pool which is perfect for those with young families. The breakfast offer was similarly very good and well organised. We will be back.
