  Liked: Lovely, friendly, informative & welcoming check-in Excellent location Well-equipped in general Although there were things that could be improved upon, it wouldn't stop us returning as we enjoyed our stay in the main

  Disliked: The smell of damp upon enteriing isn't pleasant.. de-humidifier or de-humidifying sachets on the window sills would help These are personal preferences but 1 pillow, non-blackout curtains & feeling the mattress springs weren't conducive to a good nights sleep. Keeping spare pillows in the wardrobe, changing the curtains and getting mattress toppers would make such a big difference Toilet brush needs changed if not removed Bathroom bin is needed for girlies No mirror in main bedroom isn't ideal Cleanliness lacked attention to detail.. hand prints on tv, found a nipple ring on living room floor so it hadn't been cleaned properly,, doors/ kitchen cupboard doors needs deep clean as there were liquid marks/sticky marks on A mop n bucket would be handy for any spillages as would kitchen roll The living room chair is filthy and needs either cleaning or replacing - lounge wasn't very comfortable for sitting in (but you're there to explore after all!) I hope my feedback is taken as its meant..to help improve the great business you have:-)

  A comfortable, welcoming stay with excellent service, secure parking, and perfect central location

  Liked: The property was clean, well-maintained, and very spacious. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, comfortable, and homely, which was exactly what we were looking for. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff who went above and beyond, even helping me carry my suitcase upstairs. Overall, the experience was excellent. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Aberdeen and within easy reach of everything we needed. The customer service was outstanding, the price was very reasonable for such a central location, and having a secure parking space was an added bonus. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to others visiting Aberdeen.

  Disliked: Nothing really! If I had to find something, I'd say the first-floor stairs were a challenge after running the Loch Ness Marathon, but that's more a reflection of my legs than the property! 😄

  Lovely place to go, one of the best places to stay ive been to

  Liked: The place was warm, good communication with hosts solved any tiny problem immediately it was very clean and had everything needed in a kitchen very spacious and incredible value for money

  Disliked: Other then struggling with the keys (couldnt figure out which one was for our door or the front door) everything else was perfect

  A Home from home refuge at a very stressful time for our family

  Liked: Very calm well kept and comfortable appartment. Our host was extremely helpful, eg, early access, bringing us things that weren't already in the well equipped kitchen - good kitchen knives and a coffee press.
