  Expensive and disappointing

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The access to the property was terrible. The apartment was situated on the fourth floor and the lift was broken. The smell upon entering the building was a horrible musty smell and once we reached the floor our accommodation was located on there was a very strong smell of urine. The corridors leading to the apartment were very shabby, with peeling paint and stained carpets. The apartment itself was not too bad, apart from the very flimsy lock on the door but we had already made up our minds that we could not stay in there as we just didn’t feel very safe. We then had to book ourselves into a hotel for the weekend at great expense to us. I contacted the owner on the Monday and was asked what they could do to mitigate a bad review and I suggested our costs for our our alternative accommodation be covered - I am yet to hear back from them!! I have attached some photos of the hallway - only wish the pictures could convey the smell 🤢
