  Nice apartment, friendly staff

  Liked: Clean, cozy plenty of space, staff were excellent during check in and made sure we got into property

  Disliked: Main issue was parking nearby as need to use shopping car park

  Great location, staff etc. shame about the bed

  Liked: Location is excellent, Douglas hotel staff friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: On first glance the apartment looks good. A few things let it down. Living room blinds don’t close so opposite bar looks straight in. The bed!! I think a hippo must have slept there the dent in the mattress is so big, meaning you roll into centre crevice. Very uncomfortable. New mattress and blinds along with a light in apartment seating area would help. Pictures on site seem to concentrate on communal seating area

  Liked: Loved the layout. Comfortable. Had everything needed. I would come back. Have recommended it to family and friends

  Disliked: Nothing much but it would be helpful if there were manuals/instructions for to operate the appliances in the flat. Maybe mugs rather than the small cups. Also have colander/sieve for draining foods

  An ideal location for a short city break

  Liked: Convenient for bus and train stations Clean and quiet inside the building - one night there were noisy people outside

  Tired, worn and dated

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: The apartment is dated the TV set furniture, bathroom all tired and worn, cracked tiles in the bathroom mould. I had to shut the bathroom door to keep the apartment from the spelling of the sewers as there was a small coming from the train constantly.
