Amazing time looking forward to returning

Liked: Fantastic location with vibrant restaurants and pubs. Close to city centre.

Disliked: Slight smell of damp. Few walls need touching up and redecorated. Initially found it hard to locate but called host who was very helpful.

Comfortable, clean, not what I booked

Liked: Don’t know didn’t stay in it. Have to say Andrew was as helpful as possible

Disliked: Can’t rate this properly as it was cancelled at the last minute due to Maintenance issues (which I’ve seen on other reviews of this flat) I was given a 3 bedroom house not too far from the location but it had no secure parking which was the main reason I booked this property and didn’t need 3 bedrooms for one person

Cancelled our booking 3 hours before check in, awful customer service

Disliked: Awful experience, they cancelled our booking 3 hours before check in. We had tickets to a gig in Belfast and were already on our way. I tried to call repeatedly but nobody answered the phone, I replied to their email requesting them to call me but nobody did. The refund hasn’t come through yet but it will not even cover half of the cost of what we had to pay for last minute accommodation in what was the ONLY option left in Belfast that night.
