  Liked: Reasonably comfortable and free convenient parking. Good breakfast.

  Disliked: The staircase is quite narrow and hard to carry up luggage. I'd have liked hotter water in the shower.

  Liked: Breakfast satisfactory. Self service was.good, Choose at your own choice was great. Would prefer bedroom ground floor more suitable due to full replacent 0f knee operation.

  Disliked: Just the stairs would prefer ground floor bedroom for convenience.

  A friendly and comfortable stay, ideal for an early flight from Belfast City Airport

  Liked: I chose this property because it offered an early check-out option and was within walking distance of Belfast City Airport, making it a very convenient choice before an early morning flight. It is also located close to a main road with frequent bus services into Belfast city centre, making it easy to reach by public transport. Although I only stayed for one night and did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, I was very pleased with my stay overall. My room was comfortable, well furnished, and had everything I needed for a relaxing night's rest before my flight. The service I received at check-in was excellent, and I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Check-out the following morning was quick and straightforward, which I especially appreciated given my early departure. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would seriously consider staying here again if I return to Belfast in the future.

  Disliked: There was very little to dislike about my stay. The only minor issue was that the layout of the property was a little confusing, and it felt somewhat like a maze to find my room, requiring me to walk through parts of the house, including the kitchen and several corridors. Some additional signage or clearer directions would help guests avoid getting lost.

  Liked: The Ashfield is located about 1.5 kms from a train stop and fairly close to the airport. I walked to the train stop as I enjoy a nice little relaxing walk. It was only about 15-20 minutes to the main station by train and cheap for a ride. You can buy your return ticket at the same time too. Once at the central station you can choose your method of transit from there. The room was nice and quiet and has posted quiet times as well. You get the keys from a lockbox. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and I recommend this B and B.
