  Excellent location for the O2 arena in the Titanic Quarter of Belfast

  Liked: Ryan was an extremely helpful host and the apartment was in the Titanic Quarter of Belfast and a perfect location for our event at the O2 Arena. It is about 20 minute walk into Belfast City Centre. There is a local Spar, Greggs and coffee shops all within easy walking distance and lots of restaurants at the O2 Arena including Hollywood Bowl. Very secure building and apartment had everything you need.

  Disliked: The apartment is on a busy main road so can be quite noisy and make sure you understand the directions to the apartment as we were dropped off at 2 Queens Road which was in an industrial area about a mile away. Ryan was extremely helpful in guiding us eventually to the correct place. Curtains are a little shabby in places.

  Great stay in amazing location. Lovely comfortable apartment for short city break

  Liked: Great location, great spacious apartment.

  Disliked: Lacked a few essentials like tea bags and maybe just a few more kitchen condiments. There were 3 tea bags which felt a bit low. There was also a slight stale smoke smell on the bedding. The bedding had been washed but you can tell people in the flat smoke, as non smokers the smell was very noticeable.

  Liked: Ryan was exceptionally helpful, he also returned my shoes back to the UK free of charge that I had left behind! He replied to any questions we had very promptly. It was a great location, good facilities and spotlessly clean.

  Great location!

  Liked: The hosts we amazing! Very informative and quick to respond Location is great. 5 mins to Titanic Museum and O2 arena Small grocery store, subway, coffee shop a 2 minute walk Spacious apartment in a secure building. Parking included but we did not use it Wifi worked well

  Disliked: We found the beds a bit soft but that is just a personal preference. The couch (too deep to sit on) and chair (piece of a sectional) need to be replaced. Would liked to have had a stopper for the bathtub and some body wash etc
