Liked: Great location, most of the staff were nice to deal with. Reception staff were great. The room was very small but comphy bed and great shower. Will stay again.

Disliked: One staff member had a problem when I returned a cocktail that was very bitter. Got a snide remark from him, not very professional.

Quirky hotel. Perfect if location and atmosphere is your priority. Not a hotel for relaxation

Liked: Hotel is quirky which I loved and in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and food was lovely.

Disliked: The room was just ok. No locker on one side of the bed (due to space) the other locker was big and chunky (to hold the teas/coffees and the safe). There was no other furniture in the room....no wardrobe (again due to space) just a railing for your clothes. So no luxury in the room. For that reason we spent no time in the room at all, only just to sleep.

Dinky rooms very cramped for the money you pay

Liked: Great location just around the corner from Victoria Square and within walking distance to the O2.

Disliked: Dinky room were too cramped with one side of the double bed up against the wall. It wasn't cheap either for what we paid. Would be careful using the safe - I struggled to re-open it after locking valuables inside and in the end had to get the receptionist to unlock it. It is very convoluted compared to other room safes I have come across.

Liked: Great vibe and friendly staff. The room was spotless and bed comfy. Coffee machine was a nice touch.

Disliked: Reception area crazy busy and needed either more room or more staff to make things easier. There was no noise from their own bar permeating the room but the noise from the street outside was desperate and went on until 2am. Maybe better sound proofing for that side of the hotel. The cost for the night was very steep and with so much competition in the area I wasn't surprised the hotel wasn't full. I chose it because it was close to where I needed to be the following morning.

Liked: Great location close to lots of shopping and not too far of a walk to Titanic Belfast. Room was spacious and comfortable. We were looking for a steak dinner the night we arrived and Taylor & Clay did not disappoint! They also make a great old fashioned. Staff was lovely thanks for everything!
