  My family really enjoyed our stay it was close to the city centre for shopping and the 02

  Liked: The location was perfect for our stay and with a family of 5 it’s better than booking 2 hotel rooms.

  Disliked: The parking is great but a bit tricky the 1st time as the fob to open the gate is in the apartment.

  Liked: The location was central

  Disliked: We were moved to a different apartment than original booking due to a leak, so I was a little disappointed not to have the riverside location i had booked. There were also issues with the main door into the building, the lock wasn't working for a couple of days. The shutter to the parking garage was stuck in the open position for a day and overnight, impacting security. Given the issues with the doors, I was concerned when returning late at night that I may not be able to access the building as there was no out of hours emergency number. In the event, it was ok, but it was a little stressful. It also had a significantly lower score than my original booking (7.3 v 9.3).

  We'll be back

  Liked: It was ideally located, we were spending our holiday exploring the Titanic quarter and going to the ice hockey (O2 arena is less than 10 minutes walk) but had we been going into central Belfast this would have been easy too. The apartment was immaculate, and more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The information provided before we arrived was in depth and professionally put together, with a video showing how to access the apartment, which was really useful. We will be back to stay again!

  Liked: The facilities and large living area were excellent for our family. The carpark was great and the location was ideal, being close to the city and the titanic quarter, walking distance.

  Disliked: Not a dislike but something to be aware of if you were travelling alone as you can only access the carpark after accessing the apartment. It's a busy road with only a small pull off near the entrance, to park, while getting the keys. We were able to send one of our party into the building to access the carpark fob in the apartment so not a big issue for us but might be if alone or mobility is resrtricted.

  The apartment was trendy, clean and well located

  Liked: The location of the apartment was reasonably central..

  Disliked: The noise from outside the apartment late at night from people chatting who were heading home. It woke us up several times.
