  Standard city hotel

Liked: Good location within easy walking distance from the centre. Good shower.

Disliked: Bathroom was tired with painted surfaces needing renovation. No heating and no heated towel rail, so towels never dried properly - particularly since the room was not serviced for the 3 nights we were there. Toilet roll holder was broken and no sanitary towel bags supplied. Pillows hard and lumpy, and duvet far too thick even with no heating on in the room.

Perfect base, near train, near, Victoria Sq

Liked: The whole experience from start to finish was flawless. I got a text to say my room was ready before 3pm which was amazing as it meant our room was ready when we arrived. There is a self service kiosk to check in and get your room key once you have done the pre check in online. This was seamless. Room was perfect, clean, right amount of towels etc. Location was fabulous for us, as between train station and Victoria Sq. For us it was a really great base for 1 night in Belfast. Cannot recommend enough!

  Disliked: Was all great
