  A pleasant stay overall

Liked: Safe area, quiet, good position and easy access to bus into City centre. Kitchen appropriately equipped and delighted to find fresh milk in fridge and tea in cupboard. Nice bathroom.

Disliked: The main difficulty was the cold weather without heating on on arrival. It took a while for the property to heat up. A thicker duvet for winter would be welcome.

Liked: Plenty of space, comfortable, Like a home away from home and we could bring our pup along. House has a small garden area for the pup.

Wonderful stay, thank you so much for a lovely little house and making our trip so easy

Liked: Very reasonably priced for a lovely little house perfect for a short stay with easy access into the city. It was perfect for what we needed. Lovely space and very clean. Very good communication with owner regarding check in/check out and access etc.

Disliked: Bed wasn’t hugely comfortable and a bit creaky

Unsafe smoke alarm & vermin, rude host would not recommend it

Liked: Good location & easy to park nearby.

Disliked: Very disappointed with this property, smoke alarm attached to the ceiling with masking tape & a plastic bag, not safe. A mouse ran across the kitchen at one point. Table leg was broken in the lounge, clothes were left in the wardrobe. The plants were dead, only 2 forks, no cooking pots, no grill pan. Owner very rude & dismissive, said electrician deliberately left the smoke alarm in that condition, disbelieved me about the mouse & asked if I 'do looked in all the cupboards for the equipment. He made me feel upset with his unhelpful attitude.
