  Disliked: Where would you like me to start? Bad communication with the host- due to communications with him & booking.com, our stay instructions weren’t communicated to us until urgently contacting booking.com within minutes of the proposed checking in for help! Poor facilities, cramped bedrooms, kitchen & living areas, one bin bag/tea towel / no hot water in the kitchen/ shower had no curtain so water went all over the floor/backyard full of weeds - we don’t normally complain but we were there for 3 nights, a really disappointing experience

  Perfect spot for a Belfast weekend

  Liked: Location was good for accessing central town, beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the property was very clean, and the host was very responsive

  Disliked: The shower is a bit awkward especially if you are tall but otherwise a fantastic place to stay

  Liked: Location was good for what we needed it for.

  Disliked: Garden was overgrown, lots of potholes in the front driveway which are very hazardous. No bin bags to change the bin with, cleaning staff arrived at 10:50AM and was very rude stating checkout was 10 AM, I was quite aware that checkout was ten but considering she never arrived herself until 10:50AM. Two of the girls I was travelling with are disabled and take slightly longer to walk and get ready, the attitude out of her this morning was atrocious. We also cleaned and tidied after ourselves, place probably has never been deep cleaned ever.
