    Great wee place

Liked: Bed was very comfortable kitchen very well stocked with every kind of cereal you could want and eggs jams bread and pastries even a full selection of spices and oils if you want to make other meals. Great coffee and tea selection. 2 bathrooms with showers available. Not far from the city centre about 25min walk and buses pass regularly at the top and bottom of the street £1.80 a single or £5 for a day ticket would definitely come back. Owner seems like a great guy

Disliked: Walls are thin so could hear everything that can't really be helped and abit of a draft coming though the window (a mini heater was provided). Also needs a notice for cleaning up after yourselfs when using kitchen as did end up washing other people's dishes before I could make a brew one morning

    Good value room

Liked: Self check-in was easy. Location was a short walk from the city centre, and the residential street meant that the room was pretty quiet. Shared facilities were all clean and functioning. I was delighted to bump into the owner on my way out, and discover that it's run by a local who lives in the area, and not someone sat in London just buying up properties. I'll come back again!

    Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: David we're a top quality host. Very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and what were available to do. Nothing at all were a problem. The kitchen had around 15 different varieties of cereal, fresh croissants daily, fresh bread and milk too. Tea and coffee. All this were free of charge. A nice area with a very comfortable leather sofa to relax. Two separate rooms for showering and bathing. Early check in if possible. Late check out too if no guests were arriving. I felt the price to stay were too cheap. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying again for sure.

    Disliked: N/ A

Worked for our needs. Good location

Liked: The bed was comfy we slept well both nights. There was a good selection of cereals and breakfast provisions. Parking on the street was a bonus. There was a shared bathroom that was fine with a nice shower.

Disliked: I usually have a room with en-suite.
