An absolutely wonderful stay everything was perfect, and we would happily come back again!

Liked: Everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the lovely surprise you prepared for us. It was a very thoughtful touch and made our stay even more special.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing. We have no complaints or negative comments at all. Everything was perfect.

Just needs a little TLC and would be perfect, happy with the price we paid for what we got

Liked: Location was perfect for the event we attended. Plenty of food options, pubs around, tesco and pharmacy 5 minutes walk from The apartment. All appliances worked, heating system was great, water always hot.

Disliked: The common areas, bins etc were full and untidy. The apartment itself needs work done, radiator rust on the ground, doors need painting. Beds, showers etc were clean and comfortable. In One of the rooms the radiator didn’t work and there was no extra blankets, duvet on the beds are light.

Liked: The host cancelled just 3 hours before check-in due to ‘maintenance issues.’ I never stayed at the property, and the alternative they offered was unacceptable. I asked for a refund immediately, but I’m still waiting. This is beyond frustrating.”
