  Overall, a very enjoyable stay and communication with the host was very good

  Liked: Great location! Roughly a 10 minute walk from the city centre. We arrived an hour before check in but we were still able to access the property (which we were very grateful for). Overall, the house was great for what we wanted which was just a place to sleep after a long day exploring the city. This is not a 5 star property and it doesn’t advertise itself as one so be realistic in your expectations.

  Disliked: Many reviews talk about the front door. The instructions provided don’t quite match but when we had difficulties unlocking the door we text the number provided and was sent a video on how to do it. This was very helpful and once you’ve done it once it’s very easy to get in. TIP press the word “card” that is on the touch pad then input the code provided! We were only provided with one towel each. I’m sure if I had contacted the property we would’ve had more but I think 2 towels each and a hand towel should be provided as a minimum. There was also only 1 pillow per bed. The TV in the living room is a little tricky as I think the remote is on it’s way out.

  Great value accommodation in the best location

  Liked: Location was spot on, really close to everything. Was very clean. Facilities good, had most things you would need. Great value. Staff were good, answered queries and responded well once we were in.

  Disliked: Heating and water very temperamental! Either roasting or wouldn’t work. No towels when we arrived, on asking though we were left some straightaway..however no hand towels just one towel each. Few bulbs out. WiFi wouldn’t work so we gave up

  Great location but the house felt ran down and there was no attention to detail

  Liked: The location

  Disliked: The host didn’t send the check in details until after 3pm, the bathroom was quite dirty, there was no toilet roll or hand towels and the shower was red hot and hard to use.

  Tolerable and served the purpose for two nights

  Liked: Good parking and good location.

  Disliked: Not enough towels, and no shower products. Back garden overgrown with high weeds and a broken patio chair. Several burned out light bulbs throughout.

  Liked: Well located spacious town house. Well equipped - it is even possible to do your laundry.

  Disliked: The kitchen and bathroom were dirty. The front door was very difficult to open and the back door did not open at all.
