  Liked: Great location. No issues with parking. Good response when heating didn't work (engineer came out within an hour) Nice shower, comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped.

  Disliked: Pillows not great, and could do with a good clean (dusty in places) toilet seat didn't fit.

  The property needs a good clean up, and there are maintenance issues that need attention

  Liked: Location was very good for the purpose of our trip

  Disliked: The communal area is very small and lucky that there were only 4 of us and the weather was very good as otherwise sitting together would have been challenging. The sink in the main bathroom was blocked and would not drain same with the shower. The outside area needs attention. The kitchen is not well equipped no dish cloths or tea towels and limited utensils. Thankfully we ate out most of the time. The front door sticks and doesn’t open or close easily. There are alot of creaking floor boards upstairs and on the stairs so every time someone is walking in the upstairs part of the house you can hear all of the noises. There was also quite a lot of street noise. Overall I would say it’s a 5 out of 10

  Great property for a large property

  Liked: The space for the quantity of purple was very good. The cleaniness was very good.

  Disliked: It's not central but so walkable into the city.

  It was far less than the pictures showed! It was very small for a group of 6

  Disliked: It was very small for 6 people. Patio needs to be cleaned and requires cushions for the seats. Not in a great neighborhood.

  Liked: Great size, and 3 bathrooms! Great local pubs! Easy to get to the city

  Disliked: I think you could have a few more basics in the cupboard salt, pepper Dish cloth
