Hard to beat for price but not great

Liked: Great price and good location. Easy clear instructions.

Disliked: Room was pokey and smelt of damp- theres clearly been an issue in one of the corners with water. The room was also freezing cold and the radiator didn't work. Bed was not comfortable ans was woken at 2 in the morning by another guest trying to get in after they'd got rooms mixed up.

  Fine for a short stay

Liked: The location was ideal as we were there to attend a concert about a 10 minute walk away. The room was very small, but as we were only there for a few hours before an early morning flight it did the job. The bedding was very clean and smelled lovely.

Disliked: Unfortunately we did not use the bathroom as someone had recently used it and there was an unpleasant smell along with other people's items in the shower. We were also woken up at 3:30am by some very noisy people, playing a keyboard and singing/laughing very loudly.

Fine, basic, would have been ok if it wasn’t for rude workman

Liked: Location was great, bus at the end of the street. Well connected

Disliked: There was a workman talking loudly outside my room in the morning, using a drill and taking calls on loudspeaker. Noise carries through the property quite easily so I would have appreciated at least some notice that there would be a workman in the hall. I have a problem with properties that need a front door key to get out of the front door if there’s a fire. There should be a turnkey on the inside…

  Okay

Liked: Got the job done for one night in Belfast. Affordable.

Disliked: I was woken up by other guests in the morning. Maybe wouldn’t matter if you are a heavier sleeper. No available outlet in the bedroom for charging. Parking extremely difficult, had to park down the street and around the block.
