  Close to city

Liked: Close location to Belfast City centre grand for a few night's

Disliked: Toilet isn't checked to see if there is any toilet rolls as there was none on my stay this should be a essential considering you have multiple rooms sharing the same bathroom

  Comfortable stay close to city

Liked: The room had lots of amenities, such as a fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee/tea. The property was very close to the city centre and right across from a mall. The bed was very comfortable.

Disliked: The room we stayed in had the bed up against the radiator, made heat circulation not very good and we often found the room damp (mind you it was very rainy), I'd recommend to the owners to put the bed on another wall so the heat isn't blocked, and also to maybe get a dehumidifier.

Horrible, I would never go back

Disliked: There was no stuff. No heating and we were on almost november. We asked via whatsapp if they can turn the heat on and they said they were going to, but there was no heating equipment anywhere. When we arrived there was so much humidity smell so we had to open the windows and outside it was 0 celcius degrees. We had just one blanket and one towel. We had to sleep with jackets and scarfs on. Very bad place to go, nothing like the photos.

Liked: I’m reviewing this property based on the price, and in that regard, it offers excellent value for money. As advertised, the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need. The bed was large, and the mattress was very comfortable. Of course, this isn’t the Hilton, but you’re paying a fraction of the price, so expectations should be realistic. Minor issues, such as a TV not working, shouldn’t overshadow the overall value offered. I’m genuinely surprised by the average rating of just 6.4. In my opinion, this property deserves at least a 7.5. If you’re looking for safe, clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodation in Belfast without unnecessary luxury, this is a very good option.
