  The staff was outstanding (best I’ve ever experienced) and although the place needs a facelift, the price is good. Also

  Liked: The staff, particularly Michael, was outstanding and really went above and beyond to help and give advice. I would give 15 stars if it were all about him!

  Disliked: It was a 30 min walk to the big tourist location like the cathedral Quarter and the Titanic museum. Everything just seemed kind of old there as well like an update would be needed.
