Very good
Old run down rooms & bathrooms, creaky floorboards but cool cocktail bar & comfy bed
Liked: The bar & the male bar man (female wasn’t as friendly) Great cocktails. The bed in our first room was really comfy.
Disliked: Our bathrooms were super old, not functional. The entire place where the room are is so run down. Creaky floorboards, worn carpet, busted bath edge, really old vanity and cracked sink. USB connection in wall busted. Plug in sink stuck down so brushed my teeth over the shower. Staff member did move us to a different room for the second night (the above is bits from both rooms) Neither were 4 star, not even 3!
Location is perfect
Liked: Great sized room, very comfortable bed. The reception staff were all very welcoming. Extremely handy for the city centre and attending concert at Odyssey (O2 arena).
Disliked: The lighting in rooms is too dark, felt like I was in Hollister in the good old days!
Fantastic location and lovely room
Liked: Upgraded at reception as it was a retirement treat, lovely location and the bar was fantastic for a drink before heading out. lovely stay and will be back.
Disliked: Nothing really, more than happy although i know it's a H&S issue but i was unable to open the window to listen to the hustle and bustle below.
Would stay again. Clean room and easy to get around Belfast
Liked: Clean and easy to get around
Disliked: Could hear person above me stomping about
Great stay with a luxiuous feel for a weekend get away
Liked: Property is beautiful to look at from the outside some fantastic architecture. From the inside very modern and sleek but with some old furniture and appeal, blends very well
Disliked: The smart TV didn’t have WiFi and didn’t connect. This happened on both stays I’ve had here a year apart so that’s disappointing that this isn’t modernised
Liked: Great breakfast, perfect location, very nice staff.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit tired could do with a refresh
