  Liked: Central location

  Disliked: Deposit to pay before we got entry details was annoying. En suite bathroom had a horrible sewage smell & the shower tray was damaged. Whole apartment needs some TLC. No terrestrial television available needed to sign in to cable networks.

  A terrible and disappointing stay in a dirty property that looked nothing like the advertised photographs

  Liked: Unfortunately, there was almost nothing positive about this property. The reality was completely different from the photographs and description shown online.

  Disliked: The apartment was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The photographs were completely misleading and did not represent the actual condition of the property. The furniture, rooms, and overall appearance were far worse than advertised. The location was also very poor and inconvenient. This was one of the worst properties we have stayed in, and we felt completely deceived by the listing.

  Excellent location, but property condition and communication need work

  Liked: The location was very convenient for exploring Belfast, and the secure parking gave us great peace of mind for our vehicle.

  Disliked: The apartment felt run down and needed a proper deep clean. The shower was broken, kitchen tiles were coming loose, and there were issues with other pieces of furniture. What I found surprising was a message from the management of the apartment requesting a deposit (it was handled via some system Truvi, that I’m not familiar with). It all sounded a bit sketchy, but we went though with it because the message stated the at failure to do so would mean cancellation of our booking. Transparency around deposits and basic unit maintenance need serious attention.
