Liked: James has been incredibly helpful to me. Initially, there was a misunderstanding as I failed to notice the terms due to the different formatting. We finally reached a mutually‑acceptable agreement through negotiation, and he allowed me to collect my luggage at a later time. I really appreciate all the assistance he has given me.
