Liked: That it felt like a a posh hostel breakfast you are left to your own and each floor had this own kitchen decked out with a continental breakfast lots choices you could just go in and help yourself to what you wanted and because of this I felt that we had to tidy up after ourselves, but it was out respect rather than being forced you knew other people were coming to use the kitchen after you. I also like the fact that it was old-fashioned keys I felt the room was more secure that way also had a fob to let yourself in the main door which was always closed again felt really secure and also if you were out late at night there was a snack machine in the corridor in case you were hungry just chocolate crisps and some juice but it was a really nice touch. Also a perfume dispenser if you wanted to buy yourself some perfume

    Amazing value for money!

Liked: Excellent value for money! The location was amazing - close to pubs and live music, as well as a short walk in to the centre. The room was immaculate. The hotel smelt amazing everywhere and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

    Disliked: Nothing.

Lovely hotel in a central location

Liked: The central location near all the bars in Union Street. Friendly staff and helpfulness. Clean and nicely decorated.

Disliked: The room was a bit smaller than I imagined and the bed was awkward for two people and difficult to make. Not big issues and the positives outweigh them.

Disliked: We came to Belfast, Northern Ireland, for a holiday with my husband, but unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, our experience was extremely disappointing. The man who welcomed us was very rude and unfriendly. He did not smile, make us feel welcome, or even say “welcome” to us. We felt that we were treated differently because we are Turkish, and his behaviour made us feel unwelcome and discriminated against. Unfortunately, this was not the only unpleasant experience we had. We also heard offensive comments about us from someone at the hotel. We heard that we were being described as “very dirty,” which was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. I find this behaviour discriminatory and believe that it should be taken seriously. I intend to report this matter to the relevant authorities. Furthermore, the heating in our room was not working, and the room was freezing cold. The rooms were also very small, and there was a considerable amount of noise from neighbouring rooms and upstairs, including people shouting. Although I understand that other guests may make noise, the overall experience was far below our expectations. The only positive thing I can say is that a young female staff member came in the late afternoon, around 5–6 pm. She was very friendly, kind, and attentive. She listened to our concerns and told us that she would check the heating because our room was so cold. I genuinely appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, her attitude was the only positive aspect of our stay. The rude treatment we experienced, the discriminatory comments, the lack of heating, and the overall conditions made our visit extremely unpleasant. I am deeply disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will share my experience with others and make the necessary complaints to ensure that this behaviour is brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities.
