  Recommend 10 out of 10!!

  Liked: It felt like home away from home.Great size room and bed. I was on the top floor so I had a great view in the distance I could see the countryside and part of downtown. It was in a very quiet area away from the college kids,within walking distance of the park,shops and food..The ladies came daily to clean all the common living areas. Two bathrooms, both had towel warmers.As an American visiting Belfast for the first time all the appliances were easy to use. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a home-cooked meal(bring your own food ofcourse). Very accommodating, I showed up a day late and they were very understanding with easy self check-in.,and super affordable. I would recommend this place everytime over a standard hotel..1 picture from my room window is attached.

  Disliked: I had two of the guests,a couple lock me out on the back smoking patio when they knew I was out there because we were all smoking out there at one in the morning and my key only worked for the front door. I had to go out the back gate and walk down a super dark alley with no way out other than to climb the giant locked gate.. It ofcourse was no fault of the owner but very scary and inconvenient. The only light in the photos was from my camera flash.

  Liked: The location was not ideal, away from the city center. The shared bathroom was not even on the same floor. The host was not very responsive. The apartments may be rented for longer periods and some of the tenants were a bit strange.

  Disliked: Free parking in front of the apartment. Clean and comfortable room.

  Good location and good value for money

  Liked: The location was convenient for Lanyon Place Station and other. Value for money was good. Everything worked well and the team was responsive when there was a small problem with the shower.

  great location, quite smelly.unfortunately

  Liked: it's a good location to connect downtown Belfast with a bus or walking.

  Disliked: our room smelled like old sweat from the bedding. I suppose it's difficult to address that asap,.but nonetheless,.it was quite bothersome. we did make a contact for this issue but no action was taken.
