Exceptional
Comfortable stay, good location yet a bit cold inside
Liked: The location was good
Disliked: It was cold. We could not turn the hitting beyond 19 degrees and after all day outside in the rain and cold we could not get warm enough
Dissapointing area but well equipped flat. Much cheaper than any hotels in Belfast
Liked: Well equipped inside and Sam’s communication was good. He also let us check in early when requested.
Disliked: The outside of the property and the cooking smells from the other flats were quite off putting. It was like student digs.
Unpleasant
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The key provided in the lockbox snapped in the building's front door when we attempted to enter. When we contacted the host, he immediately blamed us, was rude on the phone, and later demanded that we pay the locksmith £70. We did nothing wrong except insert the key. His confrontational manner made us feel uncomfortable and intimidated for the rest of our stay. Very disappointing customer service and an unpleasant experience overall.
Host needs to chill out or not list a property
Liked: Host was bit overbearing
Disliked: Too much contact from the host
Liked: Host was great at communicating. Exactly as pictured. Brilliant location. Would highly recommend
Liked: Location
Disliked: House adress was wrongly mentioned and also the instructions to open the door was so confusing. But we can overlook it by considering the location and the property
