  We enjoyed our stay and would come back

  Liked: Facilities were good breakfast was lovely room was clean staff were helpful and friendly and it was good value for money

  Disliked: Mattresses on some of the beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom door didn’t stay shut and the lift was tiny and very slow

  Lovely hotel in need some TLC in places

  Liked: Really lovely staff with great facilities. The breakfast was very tasty and cooked to order. The room was well appointed and large enough for our family of five. The pool and spa were a real treat and the kids loved the pool.

  Disliked: The room wasn't as clean as it could be unfortunately and our mattress was so hard we spent the week with back ache! Some of the facilities and furniture looked tired in places and needed some TLC. They were clearly doing things up and maintaining the place though. My daughter struggled at breakfast as they didn't have any alternative to cereals or cooked breakfast but realistically that was her personal preference for a croissant!

  Liked: The beds were very comfortable, my partner and son were happy we had a bath in our bathroom, the indoor pool was small but nice and the spa was very warm A majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our son had a fantastic time at the kids' Halloween party.

  Disliked: The family room was quite small for 3 people. The hot water was almost boiling so some warning signs would be useful.

  A decent accommodation for a short break

  Liked: Easy to find, parking available nearby, pool was ideal for the kids to have some down time. Food was decent.

  Exceptional value for money
