Handy location for an overnight before early flight from Bournmouth Airport
Liked: Easy access to Hurn Airport and at reasonable price. Good communication
Disliked: Parking more difficult than implied and no indication on how to use any heating
Liked: It was clean and as described in the description. We had no issues while staying there
Disliked: The location. We could not get a parking space. The room at the bottom of the stairs smells.
okay, but disappointed with the disgusting smells throughout
Liked: it was spacious and good for the night. bed was comfy, sofa however was not
Disliked: the disgusting smell of cigarettes and damp throughout the property, ESPECIALLY downstairs in the basement. we had to keep windows open during the stay to try air it out. wouldn’t recommend bringing pets as they complained about little bits of hair on the counters and floor which obviously would have circulated with the windows open! even though its a pet friendly apartment!

Disliked: The noise of the van of the hall. We knew that aren't towels, but it would be nicer if there where.
Disliked: I was promised about cot for baby which was not there, bedding for kids bed were not changed and smelly.
