Fabulous
Fine, good location, shame about the kitchen floor
Liked: Room was as described. Smallish but good enough for our purpose. It was nicely decorated and relatively modern.
Disliked: The bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke and when I wiped something of the kitchen floor with a damp white cloth was extremely dirty. Further wiping of the floor with the damp cloth revealed the floor was extremely dirty and definitely had not be cleaned.

Liked: Location to Bournemouth centre and also to the beach was ideal - have stayed here previously and would definitely stat again

Great location and stay
Liked: Brilliant location for walking distance to the beach and Westbourne high street. Secure and friendly service. Lovely presentation/decor. On site free parking.
We would stay there again
Liked: Clean with a comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Host very helpful prior to our visit. Free car parking on site. Easy to access property with instructions provided. Good bus services a 3 minute walk away, although it didn’t run later in the evening so we had a 15 minute walk back after we walked into Bournemouth along the beach.
A Great Summer Vacation
Liked: Location brillant comfy bed and nice and quiet. The garden view was lovely.
Disliked: Everything was good. No dislikes. Some table mats or a tray would be very handy.
OK for short stay
Liked: The facilities clean and modern, and the kitchenette has most of what you might need. (Tea and sugar yes, coffee no, salt/pepper/oil no). The apartment is well located with plenty of parking, and there are several open-top bus routes nearby. The walk into Westbourne for shopping takes about 10 minutes.
Disliked: There were three problems: 1. The bedding provided was just too hot for summer use (even a "normal" summer) 2. Two of the six apartments (including ours) are in the roof space. The sitting area is a bit oppressive, with sloping roof and only a small window to one side. 3. The internal doors are really noisy to close. My neighbour complained about the noise we created but it's an electronic system that chimes and clicks loudly, and it's unclear what we could have done differently.
