  Good value for money

  Liked: Excellent location. Comfy bed. Well equipped breakfast kitchen.

  Disliked: The room was small. Okay if you’re on your own. With two, okay for one night.

  Liked: Location. Easy access, breakfast good.

  Disliked: No skimmed milk or shower mat.Weird not seeing a manager. Unfortunate blip with fire alarm woke us up and we all traipsed outside BUT the manager was very apologetic and prompt in his apology. Next time we will book a bigger room as it was a bit small for our needs.

  A great place, great price, good communication

  Liked: Great location, nice breakfast (help yourself) nice decor, decent shower, left a fan (it was hot) decent tea, coffee etc.

  Disliked: Nothing I loved it and would come again Bit tricky with the parking on the side street but plenty of free parking options were given It’s a great beach but lots of litter left behind each night was disappointing (nothing to do with the property)
