Guest reviews
Good
excellent would definitley re- book
Liked: hotel room, staff and pool, brakfast was all fantastic
Disliked: nil
Very unhygienic spa facilities and pool
Liked: We used the spa facilities before check in which was easy and straight forward.
Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi were so filthy, floating hair and a layer of something floating on top of the water, sand at the bottom of the pool the clarity of the water was so cloudy we could hardly see the bottom. We decided to switch hotels and stay somewhere else so we can’t comment on the room as we did not see it,
Good but with some small touches could be excellent
Liked: Swimming pool and bar/restaurant. Breakfast staff were good.
Disliked: Superior bedroom had been refurbished but the bathroom had not. Shower did not reflect a superior room experience. Hot breakfast items were lukewarm not hot.
Our stay for all our family was exceptionally enjoyable
Liked: The whole experience of our stay was one of extreme satisfaction. As a family group, everything was perfect for our stay. The younger family members got great pleasure from the use of the gym, pool and jacuzzi.
Disliked: Would have liked nespresso type coffee machines in the rooms.
Overall enjoyed our stay and will probably use your services again
Liked: Spa and breakfast were great as usual reception did their best. location was good
Disliked: Unable to provide wi fi to our room ok in reception
Liked: Lovely place and pool with sauna and hamman was wonderful.
