Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Location
Disliked: Felt run down
Liked: Such a friendly host nothing to much trouble. Helpful with directions and a 1st floor room as I have a bad leg.
Disliked: Its a slightly tiered hotel but that didn't matter.
Will definitely stay again
Liked: Great location for the O2 6min walk, Raj was very welcoming
Disliked: Nothing really
Pleasant enough, and reasonable value
Liked: Very pleasant welcome, the room decor was a but tired, the duvet a bit small, and the hot water very temperamental
Disliked: Duvet size, shower and hot water performance
Never again
Liked: Comfortable chair in the room. That's about it.
Disliked: The room smelled bad. The toilet door, a sliding cupboard door instead of a proper door, was so loud it could be heard downstairs. There was no mention of breakfast. When I complained about the room, the man at the desk said, "it is what it is." Terrible hotel for anything more than a place to crash after drinking too much.
A very good experience and I would definitely return to this hotel with charming service
Liked: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a very helpful and friendly manager/owner. The bed and bedding were the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel! There was a good supply of teabags, coffee and milk. It was quiet and a great location to walk down to the seafront and Boscombe pier
Disliked: I had a little difficulty finding the hotel but I travelled by train and then bus.
