Great location, friendly and helpful staff
Liked: I was very impressed with the receptionist Shohan who helped me to solve my problem.
Disliked: Bit outdated facilities

Liked: A beautiful hotel! The lobby and dining spaces- so wonderfully designed. Location Friendly staff. Great cooked to order breakfast. Spacious bedrooms Clean and recently updated Sea view room cheaper than other similar hotels.
Disliked: Personally I was baffled by the choice of bulky dark grey /black accessories in the bedroom. (Very male and corporate) They did not compliment the elegant wooden beds and dressing tables and gold lights. Perhaps worth a rethink to retain the original style.
A Better stay this time
Liked: The location is great. The staff were helpful & friendly. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Extra heater if needed. Family rooms very spacious. Superior Rooms also large.
Disliked: The shower in bathroom was useless. Water came out slowly and the tray filled up & again emptied slowly. For a superior room it was not good. Breakfast ok but could do with more variety or specials @ wkend The sauna not working

Liked: Nice location and room was clean and warm with a fab view
Disliked: A bit tired on the whole and heating not working in public areas

Disliked: The premium room provided featured two single beds joined together rather than a standard double bed, and the shower facilities did not meet expected performance standards.
