Liked: Breakfast was great swim pool is small get 4 families with kids and there's no room to swim, 1 lane closed off for learners
It was a nice hotel and suited our needs. The staff we met were helpful and friendly

Liked: The main hotel was great and staff were all really friendly.
Disliked: The family room we had needs a bit of work. Painting, furniture is all scratched. The bathroom was ok.
Liked: The rooms were clean, but in need of some TLC. The restaurant was clean and food very tasty. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Slightly run down and in need of a revamp. Charges for parking. When we arrived we were advised the parking charge was £20 per day and the spa was also £20 per person. I was advised these were the charges for booking through, Booking.com. I checked my confirmation, which had different prices, £10 per day for parking and £15 for the spa. I was refunded the difference. The Spa consisted of a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, aromatherapy room, relaxation room and whirl pool. Changing rooms were quite small. No treatments available.

Please note that there is an additional fee of GBP 15 to use the spa facilities for one night stay, and £20 per stay for 2 or more nights. Guests who use the spa must be over the age of 18.
Please note, spa area is only accessible via a flight of 15 stairs with no wheel chair access, there is one treatment room which is accessible and leisure pool is fully accessible.
Please be aware a parking charge of GBP 10.00 per night will be applicable. The charge covers 24-hour from the moment of arrival in the car park. Exceeding this allocated time may result in a parking fine.
Dinner inclusive rates include 3 course meal, some dishes have additional supplements.
