Liked: The spaciousness and location
Disliked: A couple of beds were broken
Liked: We were a group of ten,and the house was fantastic. The bedrooms were good sizes,well equipped and very comfortable. Dining room,awesome. Lounge very warming and comfortable. Kitchen excellent, everything you needed. Utility room good.The men(boys)in our group loved the games room.Outside was a lovely seating area, which was a proper suntrap.

Liked: The house is in a great location and is very spacious The ensuites are a real bonus for a large party It's a great place for large gatherings and very well equipped
Disliked: It is on a main road so with windows open can be a little noisy More garden chairs would be perfect We reported some minor maintenance issues to Matt who was very responsive
Beautiful, spacious holiday home
Liked: We stayed at Cleaveland House for a family get together. 17 people, both kids and adults. The house is enormous and accommodated us all very comfortably. It's in a fab location, smartly furnished. The large rooms, en suites for all, sauna and games room made for a really really comfortable and easy stay Matt popped round to check everything was ok - he was very friendly and welcoming Cannot recommend this property highly enough for large groups. I'll be honest - I'd quite like to live there 😂

Liked: Beautiful house nice and big we had 12 people sharing and it was comfortable for everyone. Great location. Bournemouth pier just 5/10min drive or 30min walk.
