Very good
Very comfortable mini break
Liked: We were very impressed with the friendly staff and our room in the lodge. Breakfast was nice and plentiful.
Disliked: It was a bit of a walk out of the centre but we were aware of that
Nice hotel poor view from a superior room
Liked: good location staff were met were friendly and spa was very nice Breakfast was very good
Disliked: upgraded to a superior room which gave us a free parking space which was nice The view from window was disappointing looking at fire escape and back of another hotel which spoilt it For that reason it felt like a budget room when booking it feels like you are booking an independent hotel not a big chain hotel best western!

Liked: Reasonable location for planned visit to BIC
Disliked: Internet didn't work in our room in the annex. Lift unreliable failed several times in 3 days.

Disliked: The hotel was okay, I would stay again for a short stay but I felt the hotel was tired and in need of an upgrade however I recognise this would effect the price.
