  Comfortable beds!

  Liked: It was in a good location for us. The beds were comfortable.

  Disliked: I had to ask for late check out multiple times but was asked to ask closer to the time, I did not expect this to be 24 hours before we checked out. There were little supplies in the kitchen not even salt and pepper to season food. Over all it was an enjoyable stay.

  Excellent spacious property with everything you need for a great stay

  Liked: Lovely spacious bungalow with everything you need to a comfortable stay. Response from the management company to our beds being incorrectly set up was extremely quick and the issue was sorted. Thank you.

  Lovely property but felt it was unsafe, was not sure if anything would break

  Liked: Location and size of the property was good, nicely furnished

  Disliked: Some of the furniture was unsafe and had to call maintenance to fix. Garden table again was unsafe and collapsed onto person sat at table. Table not replaced so could no longer sit outside.

Good to know

- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21.

- Infants will be counted as guest.

- Strictly no stag or hen parties.

- Strictly NO smoking inside the property (A penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found).

- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure, the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labor and additional cleaning.

- All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be canceled and you will not be allowed access into the property.

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.
